Overview:
Javelin Controls have
experience in project managing & co-ordinating
installation & commissioning
teams, including scenarios where a number of
machine vendors are installing machines into
a single project. Javelin has experience integrating
the various controls systems and harmonising
the project.
At
the start of a project Javelin will produce an FDS & Gantt
Chart laying out the broad time lines & mile
stones of the project. As vendors are chosen
the project plan will be refined & updated
with current information.
